Each clothing item has a drop-down menu containing a size chart. Depending on the item if you’d like that “over-sized” fit, purchase 1-2 sizes up. If it's already an "over-sized" fit then purchase 1-2 sizes down if you'd like a more fitted look.

⚀ If your size isn't listed please feel free to reach out to see if I can create the design in the size that you need. Some items do have a certain size range that cannot be changed.

⚁ If you would like a custom design contact me with some more information. We will work together to help create the design you want. An additional fee may apply.

⚀ At the moment Diceyy & Co is not offering returns or exchanges. As items are made-to-order, a refund is only possible if your item hasn’t been created yet.

⚁ In the event your order arrives damaged, please contact with photos of the damage within 7 days of receiving it.

⚀ Shipping prices are determined by USPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.

⚁ As of right now, free shipping is not offered.

⚀ Many items are made-to-order meaning that they are made once the order is placed.

⚁ For designs that I am not able to do myself, such as embroidery, I am working with manufacturers to bring those designs to life so that I can offer a broader variety. These items will have limited stock as a certain order quantity will be needed to purchase from the manufacturer.

⚀ I am currently working full time. I will be working on Diceyy & Co orders over the weekends. Please allow some time for me to help create your order. I work as fast as I am able to, but if you need something for a specific date please send a message and I will see what I can do!

⚁ I hope to have many of the items already made for faster processing times, but in the event I don't, please be patient & I will get your order done the soonest that I can.

⚂ Shipping speed is determined by USPS. This doesn't mean that if you place your order and it has a shipping speed of 2-business days that you will receive it in 2 business days. It means that once I have your order packed and ready to go, you will receive it in that time after it's dropped off at the shipping center.

⚃ Processing time for orders is estimated to be about 20 business days. This is just so I have enough time to either create your order and/or have enough time to ensure the supplier sends it to me on time.
